Cancellation Terms |
If due to some unforeseen
circumstances you need to cancel your booking for Pharmac
India 2012,
you should intimate your cancellation in
writing for which the following cancellation charges will be
applicable:
Prior to 30th April 2012
40 % of the total stall cost
1st May to 31st May 2012
60 % of the total stall cost
1st June to 30th June 2012 80 % of
the total stall cost
After 1st July 2012
100 % cancellation charges will apply
If the clients cancel their participation or requested
services for any reason whatsoever; they will be
bound to
pay cancellation charges as mentioned in the contract. No
refund is permissible on partially
unutilized stalls or
ground arrangements.
